- Each retail store has merchandise benefiting a local nonprofit that supports entrepreneurs and youth, particularly women and people of color. In under 2 years, we’ve raised over $600,000 for those partners.

- Glossier’s retail locations are spaces for our community to gather and connect through conversation. We have all kinds of programming ranging from events with the Black Beauty Club in New York, to hosting Boston-based podcaster Ali on the Run, and the London mother’s group, Orbit.
- We want our team to get involved with the causes that matter to them. That’s where our employee volunteer program, Smile Wave, comes in. All of our team members in retail and corporate get time off to support the organizations and causes they care most about.
- Additional partners we’ve given financial and in-kind donations to include LES Girls Club, Trans Defense Fund LA, and Project Glimmer.
