CHANGING HOW THE WORLD SEES BEAUTY
We’re committed to making a positive impact on the world. And true to Glossier form, community is at the center of our approach.
OUR PROGRAMS

Glossier for Good invests in entrepreneurs and nonprofits expanding the definition of beauty with their products, programs, and initiatives.

  • Through our projects, including The Glossier Grant Program and charitable Glossier Goods, we’re giving underrepresented founders and communities the resources they need to take their work to the next level.
  • The Glossier Grant Program invests in Black beauty entrepreneurs to address legacies of inequity, exclusion, and barriers to fundraising.
  • Each retail store has merchandise benefiting a local nonprofit that supports entrepreneurs and youth, particularly women and people of color. In under 2 years, we’ve raised over $600,000 for those partners.
THE GLOSSIER GRANT PROGRAM

We’ve invested over $1.1m towards visionary Black entrepreneurs in beauty. And we’re just getting started.

  • Since 2020, we’ve partnered with 30+ founders leading 26 innovative beauty brands, sharing grant funding, curated business programming, resources and time.
  • We’re thrilled to expand this program to the UK in partnership with Black Girl Fest—learn more here
  • We have just announced our third cohort of Glossier Grantees — learn more about them here!

ADDITIONAL CHARITABLE INITIATIVES
We’re proud to support a variety of incredible partners by giving space, time, and resources.
  • Glossier’s retail locations are spaces for our community to gather and connect through conversation. We have all kinds of programming ranging from events with the Black Beauty Club in New York, to hosting Boston-based  podcaster Ali on the Run, and the London mother’s group, Orbit.
  • We want our team to get involved with the causes that matter to them. That’s where our employee volunteer program, Smile Wave, comes in. All of our team members in retail and corporate get time off to support the organizations and causes they care most about.
  • Additional partners we’ve given financial and in-kind donations to include LES Girls Club, Trans Defense Fund LA, and Project Glimmer.
